Where Did We Get Our Name?​

The name Mr. & Mrs. B Aesthetics is a playful nod to our shared last name, Baialardo. But it’s more than just a family name—it’s a brand built on partnership, precision, and personality.​ You’ll also notice our signature Bee logo, which adds a clever double meaning to our identity. The bee represents beauty, hard work, and natural harmony—but also gives a cheeky wink to our aesthetic treatments. After all, a little sting from Botox can lead to a whole lot of confidence and radiance.

Dr. Nicholas Baialardo, DNP, FNP-C
Nicholas Baialardo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from SUNY Downstate. With over seven years of experience in hematology and oncology, Nicholas brings a deep understanding of the human body and a heartfelt dedication to patient wellness. He has also worked across a range of wellness-focused practices, delivering IV vitamin therapies, pain management treatments, and personalized holistic care. His professional journey includes a stint in allergy and immunology, adding depth to his clinical expertise.
Nicholas has undergone extensive training in aesthetic medicine, particularly in Botox and dermal fillers, ensuring every treatment is performed with precision and an eye for natural beauty. Whether it's enhancing facial harmony or delivering revitalizing IV drips, he approaches every session with care, skill, and attention to detail.
A lifelong Long Islander, Nicholas is a proud father and a passionate advocate for preventive care and total-body wellness. In his spare time, you can find him kickboxing, gaming, or staying active with exercise.
Gianna Baialardo, RN, BSN

Gianna Baialardo is a seasoned registered nurse with six years of frontline experience, primarily in triage. Her clinical background extends into primary care and outpatient settings, giving her a well-rounded approach to patient care. She is currently completing her Master’s degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at SUNY Downstate, with graduation expected in August 2025.
Gianna is certified and extensively trained in Botox and filler administration, known for her meticulous technique and eye for aesthetics. She believes in enhancing natural beauty through customized, patient-focused care—delivering refined results that never look overdone.
Beyond her clinical excellence, Gianna is a devoted mother, a wellness enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to travel and explore new experiences.
